The staff, especially the people at the front desk were very polite and would help us with any questions we might have. The hotel was just right for us, close to the Old Town city center, positioned in a very strategic location. We received coffee and water everyday in our room and we found the entire hotel to be very clean. The room was very big and the bed was enormous and comfortable. They have a washing machine and a dryer in the Hotel and another laundry location nearby. You can also find small restaurants and grocery stores nearby, if you don't want to walk all the way to the city center. Would definitely come back if we ever visit Phuket again.

I recently stayed at I Pavilion Hotel Phuket and had a wonderful experience. The location is just perfect, offering a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city. Renting a motorbike nearby was convenient and allowed me to easily explore Old Town Phuket, which is very close to the hotel. Despite being away from the main tourist spots, the strategic location made it easy to reach Patong within 30 minutes. This balance of tranquility and accessibility made my stay truly enjoyable. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a serene yet conveniently located place to stay in Phuket!

Room was clean and comfortable. Free tea & coffee at the lobby area throughout the day. There were breads, jam/butter and toaster in the morning. Nice small pool for cooling off after a day of shopping :) Opposite the hotel is a small family run eatery which serve nice and good food with good prices! House of Tin Baron Restaurant, newly opened, is a great restaurant serving great Thai food and drinks at the bar. Reservation encouraged :) Walking to Old Phuket Town is doable - about 10 minutes or so walk. Lots of shops along the walk to check them out.

Squeaky clean, multiple elevators, a swimming pool on the sixth floor or such. The panorama over the city is great, and you can find a lot of useful venues in the immediate vicinity - places to eat, drink, shop, change money, you name it.

It’s an absolute huge hotel that spans 12 floors I was situated on the 6th floor which gave nice views, the staff were very welcoming and brought me to my room check out was nice and easy. All the food and drink in the room were free so they get bonus points for that!!!!
